We are looking for a full-time or part-time Office Manager (f/d/m) who will ensure that our everyday office life runs smoothly with commitment and a smile.

What awaits you with us

Your varied and responsible tasks include:

  • Support for our head office: With your friendly manner, you are the first point of contact for callers and visitors and guarantee positive and professional communication.
  • Office and guest support: You ensure that our office and meeting rooms are optimally prepared and look after our guests with a warm welcome.
  • Service providers & ordering: You work closely with external partners such as property management and beverage suppliers and are responsible for the central ordering process.
  • Travel bookings: You take care of the precise planning and booking of business trips so that our colleagues are well prepared and relaxed when they reach their destinations.
  • Vehicle pool management: You manage our fleet with efficiency and an eye for detail.
  • Master data maintenance in the CRM system: You ensure the correct and up-to-date maintenance of our data and thus contribute to ensuring that we can always perform at our best with regard to our internal processes.
  • Evaluation of working time recording: In addition to the monthly balance evaluations, you will also take care of work time corrections and subsequent bookings.
  • Orders and accounting: You will take care of the accurate recording of customer orders and support the team with invoicing.
  • Appointment coordination and organization: You will provide valuable support in coordinating appointments and other organizational matters.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of our office processes: Your ideas will help to make our processes more efficient.

With these skills you will complement our team perfectly

  • Commercial training: You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience: Initial experience in office management is desirable, but we also welcome motivated young professionals.
  • Organizational talent: Your well-structured way of working and your organizational talent ensure that all processes in our day-to-day business run smoothly.
  • Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills and a good level of English, both on the phone and in person.
  • Microsoft Office skills: You use common Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel routinely and confidently in your day-to-day work.
  • Digital competence: You are happy to embrace new programs and requirements in the field of digitalization and are eager to learn.
  • Social skills: Your warm and empathetic demeanor makes you a valuable support for the entire team and our guests.
