PACKAGES
How we understand support
As part of our support packages, we support you in case of unexpected malfunctions during the use of our products.
You can reach us via our service portal, in case of an emergency you can contact us directly by telephone. The support ticket tracks the processing of your case, can provide further information, and helps you work with us to resolve the reported incident.
We guarantee you a quick initial response and fast processing of your request by experienced employees of Innoface AG.
We offer two categories as support package variants:
Depending on the support package, a certain amount of support hours and test license packages for additional non-production test environments are included.
We offer services that go beyond mere software maintenance: For example, we support you in any fault analysis that may be needed in connection with the operation of our interfaces after the Go Live in your systems (interface in combination with Windchill, ERP system and infrastructure).
